Returns & Exchanges of Regularly Priced Items

For all regularly priced items, you have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from your order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that any shipping and handling fees (if applicable to your original order) are not refundable.

We will provide a return label for the item(s) being sent back. The cost of the return shipping label is $9.95. Please note that you are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) - minus the cost of return shipping.

Please note refunds usually appear in 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Returns & Exchanges of BOGO Items

Any item purchased during a Buy One Get One Free (“BOGO”) offer may be returned for (i) an exchange or (ii) a refund of the purchase price plus tax where applicable (shipping charges excluded).

Exchanges: Items from a BOGO offer are individually eligible to exchange for any item that is of equal or lesser value than the original price of the exchanged item at the time of order. Any price and/or tax difference between the original item(s) and the new item(s) will be refunded or charged to your original form of payment. Please see the exchange example below.

Returns: Items purchased during a BOGO offer are viewed as a pair. The BOGO offer applies to the lower-priced item in the pair. Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will result in a refund of the return value of the returned item (plus applicable tax) less the cost of return shipping to your original method of payment.

Avoid prolonged sweat and water by pat drying your pieces with a towel. To minimize scratches, store your jewelry piece(s) in your Emesly pouch or in a separate compartment in your jewelry box.

Taking care of these few steps ensures your jewelry piece(s) last longer - Trust us - they are an absolute treat to use!

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and are totally committed in ensuring the best customer service possible.

We offer a one-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for all of our products. This warranty applies strictly to the original owner of authentic Emesly products purchased through emesly.com or authorized retailers with proof of purchase. This warranty is void if the product is structurally altered, subjected to use beyond the physical limits of the materials used for manufacturing, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Normal wear and tear is not warranted. This includes dents from dropping, scratches on painted finish after purchase, broken tops from dropping, rubber gaskets being removed, theft, or any other forms of misuse that do not adhere to care instructions.

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• You must have purchased an authentic Emesly product from an authorized Emesly retailer and provide proof of its purchase.
• Your warranty claim must be submitted within 365 days of purchase from an authorized Emesly retailer.
• You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions (refer to our Emesly Care page for more details).
• You must provide a brief description and image of the manufacturing defect as requested.

If your defect is found to be a fault in manufacturing, we will replace your product with the same or similar product at our discretion.
