Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the continental US. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or APO/AFO or internationally (including Canada and Mexico).

How do I track my order

What if an item arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us here immediately and we will assist you in replacing the item right away.

Returns & Exchanges of Regularly Priced Items

For all regularly priced items, you have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from your order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that any shipping and handling fees (if applicable to your original order) are not refundable.

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please email us at umunir@emesly.com with your Order Number or contact us to start the process.

We will provide a return label for the item(s) being sent back. The cost of the return shipping label is $5.95. Please note that you are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) - minus the cost of return shipping.

Please note refunds usually appear in 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Returns & Exchanges of BOGO Items

Any item purchased during a Buy One Get One Free (“BOGO”) offer may be returned for (i) an exchange or (ii) a refund of the purchase price plus tax where applicable (shipping charges excluded).

Exchanges: Items from a BOGO offer are individually eligible to exchange for any item that is of equal or lesser value than the original price of the exchanged item at the time of order. Any price and/or tax difference between the original item(s) and the new item(s) will be refunded or charged to your original form of payment. Please see the exchange example below.

Returns: Items purchased during a BOGO offer are viewed as a pair. The BOGO offer applies to the lower-priced item in the pair. Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will result in a refund of the return value of the returned item (plus applicable tax) less the cost of return shipping to your original method of payment.
