Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have any questions about our return and exchange policy, we're here to help.

For all regularly priced items, you have 30 calendar days from your order delivery date to return or exchange an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees (if applicable to your original order) are not refundable.

We will provide a prepaid return label for the item(s) being sent back. The cost of the return label is $9.95, which is deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund your credit card (or original method of payment), minus the $9.95 return label. Refunds usually appear within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer.

During our Buy One, Get One 25% Off offer, the 25% discount is applied to the lower-priced item in each pair.

Exchanges: Items from a BOGO purchase can each be exchanged for any item of equal or lesser value than the price paid for the exchanged item. Any price and/or tax difference will be refunded or charged to your original form of payment.

Returns: Items purchased with the BOGO offer are treated as a pair. If you return one or both items, you will be refunded the amount you actually paid for the returned item(s), after the 25% discount, plus applicable tax, less the $9.95 return label, to your original method of payment.
