How do I clean, care for and maintain artificial flowers, plants and trees?

To clean your new product(s), we recommend using a feather duster to remove dust.

Can they be put outdoors? Can we spray them with a UV Protectant to put them outdoors?

Our #1 priority is always to cultivate the best products for our customers. Because of this, if the title includes “Indoor/Outdoor” or “UV resistant,” you can use them outdoors. But please note that UV resistant offers a bit more protection against natural elements such as the sun - Eventually, how long your new product lasts depends on the environment; with various natural elements such as snow, hurricanes, deserts, and the sun, predicting is hard. Products in covered patios with limited sun exposure can last a longer time; while ones placed in hot climates left in full sun exposure all day will last for a comparatively shorter time. We does not offer UV resistant sprays, nor can we recommend the effective use of any available today.

When I receive my artificial plant, how do I make it look real straight out of the box?

1. Work from the bottom up and center out

3. Example – With a tree, start with the lowest branches and shape them as close to the trunk as possible.

Are artificial plants better than the real deal? Which is your most realistic looking plant/tree/floral arrangement?

This isn’t a battle between which one is better. There is no right answer. Some people have allergies, pets, and small kids that prevent them from having real trees.
